22nd Hands-On Workshop

Dear Colleagues,

this workshop is designed for neurosurgeons, ENT surgeons and maxillofacial surgeons with an interest in endoscopic transnasal skull base surgery.

Our education offerings feature didactic lectures, video clips, live surgical cases and case discussions as well as hands-on dissections on fresh frozen human specimen.

There will be 2 attendees per specimen so that everybody learns to do and assist each step of the procedure. The stands will be provided with HD-endoscopy andimage-guided navigation.

Throughout the workshop, you will be guided by a team of specialists from the fields of anatomy, neurosurgery and ENT.

Trier, located in a beautiful landscape and being the oldest town in Germany, is the venue of the workshop.

I am looking forward to welcoming you in Trier!

Prof. Dr. med. Martin Bettag

Feedback

Well organised, informative and valuable workshop
  • Thank you for the wonderful training course. My overall evaluation is good - very good. I'm a neurosurgeon. I think, it would be better if the course was more neurosurgery-oriented than ENT-oriented

  • Social program: excellent

  • I wish all the best. I will participate again for this well organised workshop. Thank you for everything

  • Very open course with excellent scope for discussion + debate!

  • Very good course. Maybe possibility to dissect more

  • Thank you for this interesting course, which is unique in Germany. The dissection hours were extraordinary. The neurosurgery staff was very friendly. One point of issue: some more discussion on frontal base reconstruction would be great.

  • One of the best!

  • Excellent workshop; would have to attend for a 2nd time

  • Thank you very much. It was really very nice and informative course. Thanks for all of you

  • Excellent course. Improving every year. Personal touch from Prof. Martin Bettag and team.
